Missing the ‘File Return’ Button?

Unable to see the ‘File Return’ button for your clients? You likely need to activate your tax practitioner status on the taxpayer’s profile. These are the steps to fix your problem.

  • Log in to efiling and navigate to the client on your profile.

  • Select:

  1. Organisation

  2. SARS Registered Detail

  3. Activate the registered representative

  4. Activate Tax Practitioner

  5. Confirm the tax practitioner status.

You will have to repeat these steps for each client that you experience the problem with.
