The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) has completed its technical upgrade of the goAML platform, the system used for regulatory reporting and registration by accountable institutions. The system was offline from 8 to 14 September 2025 to allow for the migration. The upgrade was finalised on 15 September 2025, and the platform is now fully operational.

What Was Updated

The system upgraded to new version 5.4. All features are now back online, including:

  • Registrations and updates

  • Regulatory report submissions

  • The FIC message board and user notifications.

What You Must Do Now

  • Resume all reporting activities immediately - get up to date as soon as possible if you have outstanding reports.

  • Respond to any FIC requests for information on your message board.

  • Update or confirm registration details as needed.

If you're a B2B reporter with a backlog, FIC will provide additional instructions separately.
