South Africa will take centre stage at the upcoming G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting, happening from 23–24 April 2025 in Washington, DC. The meeting takes place during the IMF and World Bank Spring Meetings.

Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana and Reserve Bank Governor Lesetja Kganyago will co-chair the session, focusing on global economic challenges, financial stability, and ways to support sustainable growth.
