From owner to CEO: the three moves that free a practice to grow

Most small practices grow until they hit the limit of one person’s diary, and then they stall. The Owner to CEO Map gives practice owners a way through that limit, built on three commitments that can be made this year: one job they will stop doing, one decision they will hand to someone else, and one management role their practice is missing.
