Card Payment Issues Noted by CIPC on Reinstaments

Having issues with card payments on CIPC reinstatements? Don’t submit twice.
The CIPC in Customer Notice 3 of 2026 flagged delays in processing card payments for company and CC reinstatement applications. If your payment shows as “Pending,” do not submit again, as this may result in duplicate charges and filings.
✅ Wait up to 24 hours for the system to update
✅ Check with your bank to confirm if funds were deducted
✅ If you are still stuck after 24 hours send an email to EnqReinstatements@cipc.co.za with full details.
