Login Trouble on the SARS MobiApp? Here’s the Quick Fix
This article will count 0.25 units (15 minutes) of unverifiable CPD. Remember to log these units under your membership profile.
If you’re getting the message: “Sorry! Your login request was not successful” on the SARS MobiApp, don’t panic, it’s a known issue, and there’s an easy solution.
The fix?
Update your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings on eFiling:
Log in to eFiling via your browser
Go to your 2FA settings
Remove ‘Mobile Application’ as a method
Leave only ‘One Time Pin (OTP)’ selected
That’s it, you should be able to log in to the app again.
