Connect with Heini Ferreira

Meet Heini Ferreira, a newly qualified management accountant who’s just stepped out of audit and into the chaos of commerce, and he’s already feeling the shift.

His mornings kick off with coffee, headlines, and music on the way to work, but once he’s in, it’s full focus on cost control and strategic decision-making. Only two weeks in, Heini’s learning fast: auditing ticks the boxes, but management accounting moves the business.

His edge? A financial instinct shaped by two parents in the profession, and a mindset that thrives under pressure. “If there’s no pressure, there’s no flow.” That’s the kind of accountant we back.

If there is no pressure there is no flow.
