Temporary Closure of Disclosure Mailboxes

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) has announced a temporary closure of its two dedicated disclosure email addresses:

  • 📧 disclosureenq@cipc.co.za

  • 📧 statedepartments1@cipc.co.za

🗓️ These mailboxes will be unavailable from 17 April 2025 to 22 April 2025 due to the Easter office closure.

Accountants who need to submit disclosure-related queries or documents should plan around these dates. Normal service will resume on 22 April 2025.

🔔 This does not affect other CIPC services not reliant on the above email addresses.
