CIPC has announced that from the date listed on its website, it will no longer accept manual submissions for registering external companies.

All registrations must now be done online via the CIPC e-Services platform, using the automated Form CoR20.1.

This change is part of CIPC’s move to streamline services and improve efficiency.

What this means for you

  • No more walk-ins or email submissions for external company registration.

  • You must use the online platform to submit your application and documents.
