Extended Operating Hours During December 2024

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) increased the operating hours of its Self-Service Centres (SSC) and Kiosk Services in December 2024, due to increased demand for spaza shop registrations.

Temporary Operating Hours (2–23 December 2024):

  • SSC (Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria):
    Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

  • Kiosk Services:
    Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
    Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00
